    Plasma hot press sintering furnace can be used to study the production of materials with special properties

    In recent years, a new sintering technology called plasma hot pressing sintering furnace has become more and more popular. Based on years of industrial manufacturing experience, based on the vacuum hot pressing furnace technology, we have developed SPS plasma using new technology. In hot press sintering furnaces, in SPS technology, we use direct DC pulse heating to make it possible to reach the cycle in a few minutes. The use of DC power increases the sintering activity of many samples, such as many powder particles (Joule heating, discharge, electromigration, etc.), so lower temperatures and lower mold pressures can be used than conventional hot pressing techniques.
     

    The plasma hot-pressing sintering furnace adopts the SPS sintering method. Since the workpiece is directly heated by the direct current pulse, the sintering process cycle can be shortened to several minutes. The short-pulse of direct current increases the sintering activity of many materials, and the contact point of the particles occurs, such as Joule heating. Plasma generation, electromigration, etc. Therefore, compared with the conventional hot pressing and sintering process, the sintering temperature and mold pressure of SPS are much lower than the former two.

     

    Plasma hot press sintering furnaces can be used to study the production of materials with special properties, such as:

    1. The nanomaterial can be sintered without a complete particle growth process.

    4. A new type of cemented carbide can be developed.

    5, can develop aluminum or copper alloy, intermetallic chemical research.
